Happy, Healing, & Healthy (H3) Coordinator
H3 Non-Contact Food Delivery Driver: This person has a passion for making a difference in the community and helps fulfill CW’s mission by delivering healthy food & groceries to San Francisco families on a weekly basis.
Specific responsibilities are to:
Have a cohesive understanding of Community Well and its offerings
Attend a 1-hour training session
Organize and pack up food delivery bags with produce & dried goods
Clean up the food staging & prep area at Community Well
Facilitate non-contact deliveries to individuals and families on the Community Well delivery list once a week and twice a week quarterly
Alert individuals and families when their delivery arrive
Report back if there are any delivery issues or non-deliveries to the Community Well Food Crew
General responsibilities of H3 Program Coordinator are to:
Check correspondence emails or texts regularly and respond in a timely manner
Follow all protocols regarding your specific role
Complete all tasks according to the agreed-upon timeline
Keep active car insurance coverage and Driver’s Licence information up to date
Adhere to COVID Guidelines at Community Well & when facilitating deliveries
Receive weekly COVID testing at a local site or via BINAX
Communicate openly with the CW Food Crew
Give feedback on how the H3 Program’s systems and general facilitation can be improved
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Full car insurance coverage
Have a good understanding of how to drive through the different San Francisco neighborhoods
Must be versed in a map application via phone
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
Must have reliable and safe car transportation
Experience working with San Francisco's diverse communities and neighborhoods

Compensation and Schedule:
Job Type: Part-time; 5 hours a week and every quarter 10 hours a week for 6 weeks
Pay: $20 per hour
Delivery Days:
Tuesdays: Quarterly | early afternoon - early evening starting January 17th for 6 weeks
Wednesday: early afternoon - early evening
