Happy, Healing, & Healthy (H3) Coordinator Job Description

H3 Program Coordinator: This person ideally has a passion for making a difference in the community and can help fulfill CW’s mission by coordinating H3 weekly programs and quarterly I Feel Good! (IFG) series.

Specific responsibilities are to:

  • Have a cohesive understanding of the H3 program offerings and is able to execute needed action items to support the program

  • Attend and assist facilitators in weekly classes and scheduled IFG classes in opening, setting up, and checking in students

  • Assist in outreaching efforts for H3 weekly classes and IFG series

  • Reach out to students for weekly class reminders

  • Curate and send out weekly newsletters to H3 Participants

  • In charge of class survey completion, collection, and data input

  • Manage facilities/digital classroom during class coordination & class facilitation

  • Table community events

General responsibilities of H3 Program Coordinator are to:

  • Participate in scheduled H3 facilitator meetings to keep up to date with all H3 Program happenings

  • Check CW email regularly and respond in a timely manner

  • Follow all protocols laid out regarding your specific role

  • Complete all tasks according to the agreed timeline

  • Give updates regularly to the Program Director on your role

  • Keep updated documents organized in your folder in CW drive

  • Communicate needs, gaps, decisions to Program Director when needed

  • Be open to answering questions regarding your role by facilitators and the Program Director

  • Give feedback on how the H3 Program’s systems, content, and general facilitation can be improved

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Associate Degree or Community Health Worker/Promotora Certificate

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Experience working with San Francisco's diverse communities and neighborhoods

  • Ability to work as part of a team to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and to work

  • At least one year of group facilitation experience

Skills Required:

  • Fluent use of Gmail email server for program correspondence

  • Comfortably use Google Drive as a home base as a program server

  • Can be trained to do data entry on the Community Well SalesForce Database

  • Ability to use both Zoom & Acuity platforms

  • Great communication skills to outward-facing program contacts

  • Excellent communication skills with Program Director on a daily basis

  • Be accountable to and self manage all H3 Coordinator duties and responsibilities

  • Feedback coordination from H3 Facilitators and participants

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Job Type: Part-time

  • Pay: $25.00 per hour @10-12 hours per week

  • Monday - Tuesday Flex hours, Wednesday 6 pm - 9 pm, Thursday 6 pm - 9 pm,

  • Saturday/Sunday Flex hours
