This is a FREE event open to those who live in the Excelsior District of San Francisco.
Feed Your Soul is a hands-on exploratory 4-week workshop series that focuses on healing a part of your story by using food as the medium and medicine.

These workshops will be led by our resident chef, Sabrina Belara, sharing cooking skills, recipes, best kitchen practices, and live cooking classes. Feed Your Soul will also touch on your emotional relationship with food and be coupled with reflective questions and dialogue all designed to invite you to engage with your food in a fun and restorative way. All while building community with other like-minded people.
Feed Your Soul invites you to sip, savor, and taste your way to a new and empowered relationship with your food and yourself.

The series starts May 4th, 2023, and will be held at Community Well (78 Ocean Ave. at Alemany Blvd., SF 94112) for the following 4 weeks.

Sabrina Belara | High School Teacher, Chef, & H3 Food as Medicine Practitioner
Sabrina Belara, was born and raised in the SF Bay Area. She is a high school teacher and uses her 10 years of culinary experience in the classroom to build community and empower youth. She also holds private cooking classes and menu planning consultations for individuals looking for healthier, time-efficient recipes and strategies. She believes it is important to meet people wherever they are with their relationship to food so they can start and continue their personal healing journey by eating well to feel good.
