A bimonthly 90-minute support group for teachers offering a mix of interpersonal processing with peers and guided therapeutic exercises. The sessions are structured to support teachers in the unique challenges they face in their work and include resources for coping with stress such as help processing vicarious trauma, strategies for navigating challenging relationships, help cultivating work/life balance, and tools to support a healthy nervous system.

Alison Little

Alison Little is a licensed psychotherapist passionate about learning, multidisciplinary collaboration and integrative support for children, teens and families. Alison works from an attachment based and relational approach rooted in the present moment and the body. She has experience working with children navigating divorce, family conflict, trauma, suicidality and self harm ideation, bullying, eating disorders and social and relational issues with peers. With parents, she teaches non violent conflict resolution and empathy and communication skills. In addition to her work with children and families, Alison enjoys helping teachers who give so much to support our youth.
