Friends of the Urban Forest at Community Well!

Friends of the Urban Forest was at Community Well on Saturday beautifying the corner of Ocean and Alemany with new plants! 

Friends of the Urban Forest is a non-profit organization located in the Presidio. Their mission is to promote a larger, healthier urban forest as part of San Francisco’s green infrastructure through community planting, tree care, education, and advocacy. Since 1981, they have planted more than 49,000 trees, totaling 47% of San Francisco’s street tree canopy!
