5 Ways to Practice Mindfulness at the Well

According to an article by the UCSF News Center, mindfulness is an important aspect to prioritize in our lives. Mindfulness can impact one's physical and emotional wellbeing. The article describes how expressing gratitude and displaying mindfulness can prevent mistakes on the job, can help an individual heal more quickly, and alleviate some symptoms of depression.
